Shipping & Delivery

  • Shop 'til you drop with a flat rate shipping of £3.99!

  • Get your fidget fix delivered anywhere in the UK, from flats to houses (and even castles...we don't discriminate).

    Unfortunately we can't share the Diversified love across the world yet, but maybe one day we will!

  • Track your order like a crazed hound dog with our end to end tracked shipping, including GPS location and photo evidence.

    As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a link to keep you fully updated.

  • 'Speedy' is our middle name (kind of, not really, we are experts at procrastination!), but we'll hustle to get your goodies out to you ASAP!

    Typically it takes 3 to 5 working days, so sit tight and it'll be there before you know it!

  • When life gives you missed deliveries, we give you a second chance!

    Our couriers will do their best to catch you second time around but sometimes parcels boomerang back to us due to too many missed deliveries.

    Do your best to be in or leave a cheeky note for the delivery driver on the door, providing a safe location to leave it for you.

    If you forget, and it ends up back at our door, we will refund your order but unfortunately not your delivery fee. The courier did do their best to deliver it and they still need the pennies to pay their bills.

  • You've got good taste, it's sold out!

    On the very rare occasion that we have oversold an item (sometimes they are just that fab!), we may have to apologise for letting you down.

    You'll always get the opportunity to replace it with another great item, but if you don't fancy that, we will of course refund your hard earned cash right back to you.

Click & Collect

  • We couldn't make it easier, order online and pick it up for free!

    Select Click & Collect at checkout and once you receive your ready to collect email, come visit us at our hub and we will deliver it to you by hand (all the way from the warehouse to the front door!)

  • Desperate for your goodies?

    We will get your order picked and packed within 48 working hours (unless it's during our downtime at the weekends or bank holidays of course!)

    If you're like us, and happen to forget, don't worry about it - we'll hold your order for up to 14 days.

    We're a part-time team, so double check our opening hours for when you can collect your order:

    • Mondays 11am - 3pm
    • Tuesdays 11am - 5pm
    • Wednesdays 11am - 3pm
    • Thursdays 11am - 5pm
    • Fridays 11am to 3pm

    Don't be an eager beaver...please wait until you receieve your email confirmation to say that you're order is ready before rocking up to collect!

Returns & Refunds

  • No problemo!

    Providing we haven't already sent it off with the courier fairies, we can cancel your order and refill your bank balance with a full refund.

  • Don't love it as much as your special interest in fantasy novels? That's understandable, just send it back to us and we will love it until it finds a new home.

    Drop us an email at customerservices@diversified.org.uk and we will walk you through it.

    (Unfortunately we don't sell fantasy novels, disappointing I know, but fidget toys are fun!)

  • Oops a daisy...we are human, and mistakes do happen, so let us fix it for you.

    Drop us a line at customerservices@diversified.org.uk and we will set it right for you.

    Don't worry, no one in our team will be harmed for their whoopsies, we might deprive them of snackies for a while, but they will survive!

  • It doesn't work? Nope. Can we fix it? Also nope.

    So drop us an email at customerservices@diversified.org.uk and we'll send you a nice shiny new one or flash the cash with a full refund to your piggy bank.

  • Did we forget something? We try our best not to, most of us are ADHD afterall, so it can sometimes happen.

  • Broken goodie blues? There's nothing sadder than disappointment, we hate it too.

    Send us an email at customerservices@diversified.org.uk and our team will take the saddies away by sending you out a fully intact, sparkly new one.

    Phone calls cause us anxiety, bring out our situational mutism and make it hard for us to process all the information you'll share with us.

    We much prefer emails or even carrier pigeons if you have one, so we can help you to the best of our ability.

    (We promise to feed your pigeons for their magnificant effort! Disclaimer: we may also keep them, our team would love an emotional support pet for the office!)
